As part of our service, a Physicians Pharmacy Alliance patient coordinator will call you each month to review your medications and together determine which medications will be needed in your upcoming delivery. The coordinator will also check your physician's prescribing orders to ensure that you are taking the correct medications at the right times. In addition, the patient coordinator can address any questions you may have about PPA and your delivery. As always a clinical pharmacist is available 24 hours a day to answer your medication questions. If there are any issues, we will contact your physician to resolve them with your health and wellbeing as our primary objective. Any compliance issues or medication problems will also be noted in your RxAware report for you to discuss with your physician. • Learn more about our Patient Cycle in our "How It Works" PDF Brochure • read about our RxAware reporting |
