Volunteer Coordinator
Regional leader in specialty pharmacy care, Physicians Pharmacy Alliance is seeking a highly organized, self-directed individual to coordinate the community outreach and volunteer efforts of our growing medication management pharmacy.
Position Responsibilities
• Build a team of volunteer resources
• Schedule volunteer efforts
• Build volunteer awareness and publicize company volunteer efforts
• Monitoring, Screening, and Training of Volunteers
• Reporting Outcomes, Ideas, and provides feedback to Senior Management
Position Requirements
• Excellent speaking voice and professional telephone skills
• Previous experience with a non-profit organization (1-2 years minimum )
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate and promote company's mission
• Computer/IT literate
• Outgoing and Networking
• Spanish language is a plus

Full Time Certified Pharmacy Technician
Physicians Pharmacy Alliance is looking for an energetic; team oriented, full-time qualified Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, familiar with medical terminology, and ability to work in a fast paced environment. This is a full time position located at our corporate headquarters in Cary, North Carolina.
Position Requirements

• Competence in understanding patients needs and respond appropriately to questions and comments
• Good computer skills
Pharmacy technician certification is required
• Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday- Friday

Territory Sales Representative
Physicians Pharmacy Alliance is looking for Territory Sales Representatives to strengthen relationships with our healthcare providers so they may confidently refer our services to the patients with complex drug regimens. In this full time position, the territory rep is the primary contact to call on the healthcare providers we work in partnership with. In addition to increasing awareness of our services and relationship building, the representative will make sure SMOs are signed and completed as well as follow-up with patients. This is a supportive field position that reports directly to the Territory Sales Manager.
Position Requirements
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ability develop and maintain strong relationships with providers
Respond appropriately to questions and comments to reinforce PPA’s mission
• Ability to work independently and disciplined to meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills (Knowledge of PPA’s proprietary software, PharMan, is preferable but not required)
• Pharmacy Technician, Nursing Certification, or similar certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Successful candidates will have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in addition to a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the healthcare field

Part-Time Entry Level Opportunity - Pharmacy Technician
Regional leader in home based pharmacy care, Physicians Pharmacy Alliance, is seeking ambitious self-directed individuals to join our team. We are currently looking for part time candidates to work in our inventory department providing support for our pharmacy team. No prior pharmacy experience necessary. However the selected candidates must be able to concentrate in a busy environment, to have attention to detail and accuracy must be motivated, energetic, and ready to work with other valuable team members.
• Shifts are scheduled 7:30am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
• This job requires you to be on your feet and moving around the entire shift
• Must be capable of lifting 20 or more pounds
• Ability to communicate with team members is a must!
